FTV 317 Radio Bloomsday

Posted in Update on June 9th, 2012

This week on From the Vault we present a salute to Bloomsday – the worldwide celebration of James Joyce’s classic work Ulysses. We will feature readings from Pacifica Radio’s long-running Radio Bloomsday production that has been joining the celebration since 1981. Our thanks to original Executive Producers Janet Coleman and Larry Josephson, and this year’s team led by Janet Coleman and Caraid O’Brien, for their support in making this episode of From the Vault possible. The new Radio Bloomsday 2012 production can be heard on your favorite Pacifica Radio Station on Saturday, June 16th.

Selections in this episode include past Bloomsday readings by Larry Josephson, Zero Boy, Roma Downey, John O’Callaghan, Paul Dooley, Paul Muldoon, Marc Singer, T. Ryder Smith, Charles Busch, Caraid O’Brien, and Anne Meara.
